Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Engineering Department and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with government agencies such as DPWH, PFDA, and others for project-related matters.
- Prepare, process, and track required documents and permits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and official transactions.
Qualifications
- Preferably Female
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in liaison, administrative, or coordination roles.
- Familiarity with government processes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
- Presentable, professional demeanor when dealing with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
