3D Artist/Animator

3D DESIGNER ARTIST JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides all art design, and concept materials to fulfill the requirements stated in the official Job Orders

· Maintains a high visual and graphic design standard as an output, including Key Visuals, 3D Set-up Design, Rendering, Motion Graphic Video Production and Editing, sketching, layout, etc.

· Conducts research and development about trends and best practices in the industry

· Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

· Illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy, including arrangement, size, type size, style, and related aesthetic concepts.

· Develops materials for Advertising and promotional activities covering but not limited to marketing collaterals, event materials, and other set-up designs.

· Brainstorming ideas and concepts within the Creatives Department and Account Management Group

· Continually develops retail design and layouts

· Prepare sketches, layouts, and 3D renders to illustrate the team's vision for the design

· Ensure that layouts and design requested meet the deadline as stated in the Job Order

· Present the completed design to the Creatives and Accounts team

ROLE SPECIFICATION: The 3D Artist is responsible for transforming creative concepts into visually stunning and realistic 3D designs, animations, and motion graphics that bring brand experiences to life. This role combines technical expertise and artistic creativity to develop 3D booth layouts, visual renders, and multimedia materials that effectively communicate the client's vision.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in 3D rendering and modeling (Blender, SketchUp), as well as motion design and video production (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). They will collaborate closely with the Creative, Events, and Production teams to deliver high-quality visual outputs that align with project requirements, timelines, and brand standards.

The 3D Artist will also be responsible for producing key visuals, final artworks, and presentation materials, ensuring every design element is precise, engaging, and on-brand. A strong eye for detail, composition, and spatial design is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts, Graphics Design, Web Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication, or their equivalents.

· Extensive experience in Graphic Design, 2D Layout, 3D Rendering, Motion Graphic Videos, (Eye Candies, Key Visuals, Video Loop, etc.)

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Preferably has a background in advertising and/or events/brand activations design.

· Experience working on projects related to corporate branding, digital marketing, advertising, and other online and print media

· Must be an expert or have advanced skills in 3D design, layout, and video editing programs preferably in Google SketchUp with VRay, Blender, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premier Pro.

· Knowledge of Digital Ad Creation would also be an advantage

· With an excellent grasp of design fundamentals, art, visual communication practices, web standards, interface design, and basic advertising and marketing principles.

· Solid understanding of creative processes. Formats, and delivery procedures of output/deliverable

· Can multitask, submit projects ahead of time, and work independently, in a team, and even under pressure.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.

Pay: Php40, Php43,000.00 per month
