Role Overview

We're looking for a 3D Modeller who can turn concepts and references into stunning, production-ready 3D assets. You'll work closely with our animation, design, and dev squads to bring ideas to life for animations, virtual environments, and interactive projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D models (hard surface & organic) for various projects.
  • Translate concept art and references into detailed 3D geometry.
  • Optimise models for real-time rendering (Unity/Unreal/WebGL).
  • Apply UV mapping and basic texturing when required.
  • Collaborate with animators, designers, and developers.
  • Follow asset management standards and file organisation protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in 3D modelling (studio, agency, or freelance).
  • Proficient in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of topology, UV unwrapping, and clean modelling practices.
  • Experience with both hard-surface and organic modelling.
  • Familiarity with real-time pipelines and optimisation.
  • Basic texturing skills a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing clean wireframes and high-fidelity models required.
