Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at representing the company to external financial partners? We need a highly organized individual to serve as the critical External Liaison for our Accounting team. This role is perfect for a candidate who lives the SMILE Core Values

Responsibilities:

  • Intentional Accuracy: Execute all external financial transactions (e.g., bank deposits, check encashment, documentation submission) with meticulous accuracy, ensuring zero errors in paperwork and reporting.
  • See Ahead Planning: Proactively schedule and manage visits to all external partners (banks, BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.) to guarantee all statutory payments, filings, and financial submissions are completed before deadlines.
  • Effective Communicator: Serve as the clear, professional representative of the Accounting Department. You must maintain strong relationships, communicate external requirements clearly, and report back immediately on any changes or issues.
  • Maaruga Coordination: Coordinate respectfully and clearly with internal departments to ensure all supporting funds and paperwork are ready well in advance of external deadlines.
  • External Agency Experience: Experience with banks and government agencies is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a role involving regular handling of cash, checks, and sensitive financial documentation.
  • Mindset: Must be highly detail-oriented, demonstrating Intentional focus and accuracy in all financial compliance tasks.
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently within the locality to manage external partner visits (banks, government offices, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
