Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolution of escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Administer and maintain servers, networks, DNS, and cloud platforms (Intune, Azure, AVD) to uphold secure and reliable IT operations.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and manage firewalls, switches, and other critical network infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic technical advice to management and clients, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Mentor junior technicians, promoting collaboration and continuous technical growth.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong expertise in server administration, DNS configuration, and cloud technologies including Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and AVD.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex server and network issues, including RAID setups.
  • Skilled in the configuration and management of firewalls, switches, and networking hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused and team-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of performing under pressure, prioritizing urgent tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php100,000.00 per month
