Job Description

As a
Level 2 MSP Engineer,
you will provide remote and onsite technical support, manage server and network environments, and ensure seamless operations for global clients. You'll troubleshoot complex systems, handle escalations, and deliver high-quality solutions that keep businesses performing at their best.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of experience in an MSP or IT Service Delivery environment
• Strong understanding of
  Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange Online, and Azure AD
• Solid troubleshooting skills in
  Windows Server and networking (LAN/WAN/VPN)
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate or Meraki firewalls
• Familiarity with
  backup technologies such as Veeam or Datto
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Relevant certifications
  (e.g., MCSA, AZ-104, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+) preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide remote and onsite support for Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and Intune
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Active Directory
• Support client networking infrastructure including FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, switches, and VPNs
• Manage and monitor backups using Veeam and Datto solutions
• Handle escalations from L1 and ensure timely resolution within SLA
• Perform patching, updates, and routine maintenance tasks
• Document procedures, resolutions, and environment details in IT Glue or similar tools
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clear updates and ownership of incidents
