Accounting and Finance Manager URGENT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and government-mandated financial requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work onsite in Makati City from Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php90,000.00 per month
