What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Engage with customers to provide personalized service and recommend menu items.
  • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient café atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a barista and in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and specialty beverage
  • Experience in Manual Brewing, Semi-Automatic and Automatic Machine for Brewing
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
