What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty cocktails and other drinks, with precision and creativity.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer product recommendations and share knowledge about beverages, menu items, and pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista and bar areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and managing bar/beverage equipment.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a bartender or in a similar beverage preparation role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and drink presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• A passion for beverages, customer service, and innovation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in bartending is a plus but not required.
