Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Preparation, follow-up and Invoicing of all service-related Quotations.
  • Preparation, follow-up and Invoicing of all service-related breakdown / after-hours callouts.
  • Scheduling and Invoicing of Maintenance.
  • Uplift processed invoices to Customer portals
  • Work closely with Service Supervisors / Coordinators to ensure correct information/approvals are in place for accurate data for invoicing.
  • Maintain current data within Customer Card files.
  • Collate Timesheets and analyze for accuracy for transfer to accounts.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with key accounts (where required).
  • Any other duties that may be required to fulfil daily operational requirements.
  • Comply with and enforce wearing and maintenance of personal protective clothing and equipment.

Successful candidates must have:

  • With at least 3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping and administration.
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and documentation
  • Above average Data entry speed and accuracy.
  • Advance MS Excel skills.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
