Following new customer acquisition and company growth, we are seeking a US Legal Recruiter to support our legal talent acquisition operations with our customer, who are a US-based legal recruitment firm in US. This role requires someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and understands the nuances of recruiting within the legal sector.

You will join a small but growing team working on a hybrid remote basis from the IT Park in Cebu City with successful candidates working late and graveyard shifts to support US regional time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for roles within the legal sector, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and in-house counsel.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools to identify top legal talent.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess legal expertise, communication skills, and suitability for various practice areas.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up, documentation, and tracking through CRM/ATS systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and a professional candidate experience.
  • Format and refine candidate CVs to align with client expectations and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters or client managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and key selection criteria.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and summaries for client review.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with attorneys, partners, and senior executives.
  • Stay informed about legal industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market movements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging with attorneys and high-level professionals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setup.

Working Hours:

  • The successful candidate must be willing to support business operations on US time zones, (Late and Graveyard shifts), working flexible hours as required.

Location:

  • Hybrid work environment: Cebu City, Philippines, with the ability to work remotely from home.

Salary Information:

  • 18,000 PHP – 50,000 PHP per month (Negotiable based on experience).
  • Benefits include 18 days leave, 13th month pay, state-mandated benefits, night differential, and HMO after regularization.
