We're looking for experienced Recruiting Professionals to join our growing team This is a great opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and candidates while driving impactful hiring initiatives for a Leadership and Rotational Program.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle client-facing and candidate-facing interactions throughout the hiring process
  • Source top talent using multiple recruiting channels
  • Screen and evaluate resumes effectively
  • Engage and attract candidates, especially new graduates
  • Assess candidates' soft skills and cultural fit
  • Partner confidently with hiring managers and communicate hiring updates
  • Source and hire candidates for a Leadership/Rotational Program — targeting graduates with specific degrees who will rotate across functions and grow into future leadership roles

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced recruiters with at least 2 years of strong recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and adaptable when working with multiple stakeholders
  • Skilled in assessing candidate potential and knowing when to listen or speak up
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Willing to work 100% onsite during training at Ayala Avenue, Makati, then transition to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week) afterward.
