What your typical day will look like:

The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the delivery of the business transformation projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

Key responsibilities:

The project manager will be tasked to handle the following under Dentsu Co-Lab (Influencer Management arm of Dentsu Creative) which includes but is not limited to:

• Working and collaborating with influencers/KOLs, handlers, other agencies, Co-Lab Team, Accounts Team, and Finance Team to ensure project and campaign objectives are met
• Leading and managing the timelines and deliverables of the KOL campaigns
• Preparing, spearheading, and managing documents, trackers, databases, and other related materials that monitor the progress of campaigns and influencer-related requirements
• Processing of influencer and KOL accreditation and other related requirements
• Preparing drafts of influencer contracts and ensuring all/other related agreements are signed in place before start of every campaign/project
• Coordination and management of payment requirements (e.g. sample quotations, invoices, etc) with influencers/KOLs, handlers, other agencies, Accounts Team, and Finance Team
• Creation, conceptualization, and ideation of Influencer Marketing campaigns and executions with the internal working team and clients, whenever applicable
• Creation of Influencer & KOL Recommendations List/Profiles to be used for Influencer Marketing campaigns and executions, whenever applicable
• Attending and supervising Influencer Marketing campaign/project events and shoots, whenever applicable

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience under a project manager role or account management role
• Ideally should have familiarity with the influencer industry in the PH
