Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Field Training Nationwide – Deliver in-store and on-site training sessions across branches nationwide (primarily in Luzon), ensuring consistency in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Coach Sales Associates in Real-Time – Observe and mentor store staff on the sales floor, providing hands-on guidance to improve selling skills, upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs – Create training modules tailored to the fashion retail environment, including product styling, customer experience, and brand standards.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness – Assess the performance of sales associates after training sessions, track improvements, and recommend follow-up development activities.
  • Align Training with Business Goals – Work closely with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to align training content with company sales targets, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor Sales Floor Execution – Conduct frequent branch visits to ensure training is applied, observe customer interactions, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather Market and Customer Insights – Provide feedback from fieldwork on customer preferences, competitor strategies, and sales team challenges to support management decisions.
  • Maintain Training Records & Reports – Document training sessions, attendance, progress, and performance improvements, submitting timely reports to management.
  • Promote Continuous Learning Culture – Encourage sales associates to practice self-development, reinforcing a strong service-oriented mindset aligned with fashion retail trends.
  • Must have a vehicle for transportation
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork 90-100% of the time
