Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cebu for an Administrative Clerk. The Administrative Clerk will perform day-to-day tasks such as providing administrative assistance, managing clerical duties, handling phone and email communications, and supporting executive staff with administrative needs. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of office tasks.

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Effective Communication and professional Phone Etiquette
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
  • Previous experience in a related role is an advantage
