As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be esponsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining commercial and project-related data within the company's systems. Working within an electromechanical environment, this role supports the Commercial Team by ensuring accurate data entry for quotations, material submittals, supplier records, and project documentation. The position plays an important role in ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, sales, and project teams.

Your Role
- Enter and update data related to quotations, purchase orders, supplier information, and project materials in company databases or ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, materials, and client information to support tendering and procurement activities.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
- Assist in preparing commercial and project-related reports, summaries, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure all information is aligned and updated.
- Support in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for tenders, supplier documents, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information responsibly in accordance with company policies.
- Perform general administrative support within the Commercial Department as required.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within an engineering, construction, or electromechanical company.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical and commercial data.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
