We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting Technician to support our accounting operations with a strong focus on data analysis, auditing, and reporting. The role requires proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards), experience with e-commerce platforms and online financial systems, and the ability to generate accurate profit and loss reports, documentation, and financial insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze P&L reports and financial documentation.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and audit checks.
  • Use advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor transactions from e-commerce platforms and payment systems.
  • Support management with financial insights and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, formulas, dashboards).
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
  • Knowledge in accounting principles and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
