JOB SUMMARY:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Sales Saturator based in Cavite / Laguna.

This position will be responsible for engaging with the bakery and end users, conducting

bakery-to-bakery surveys, area mapping, product introduction, sampling, substitution, and demos to effectively promote the products of the company.

The bakery end user saturator will also be responsible for sales and promotional

activities, product trial and conversion, and conducting technical / business discussions

with bakers and owners on product usage, benefits, and features. The person submits

real-time reports through daily bakery and area saturation to fully cover the Cavite /

Laguna territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) BAKERY SURVEY – actual visit/call and secure information based on template.

2) MAPPING OF ACCOUNTS – of all bakeries and classify them accordingly.

3) PRODUCT INTRODUCTION and PROMOTION – product brochure / brief LOE

intro.

4) LEAD GENERATION – Identify and qualify new sales leads through prospecting.

5) COMMUNICATION – engage with leads and reports in real time through Viber

6) REPORTS – daily Bakery Survey Report.

7) PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE – product and technical know-how enhancement.

8) SALES and MARKETING – generate sales and implement marketing activities.

9) CUSTOMER SERVICE - performs customer service and other tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably a resident of Cavite and Lower Laguna.

High School / Trade school diploma and/or equivalent baking experience.

Presentable, highly confident, and good communication skills.

Can establish rapport and conduct bakery surveys and area mapping.

Good listening and writing skills, able to adhere to the coverage plan/process flow.

Preferably motorized and/or familiarity with commuting in various areas of Cav/Lag.

Capable of working on extended office hours from Monday to Saturday.

Reliable and strong sense of work discipline, commitment, and being proactive.

Trustworthy, dependable, results-oriented, and values teamwork.

Previous experience in Sales or Bakery Technician in the baking industry is a plus.
