What is your mission?

We are looking for a Appointment Setting Specialist to connect with decision-makers, set qualified appointments, and support the sales pipeline using digital prospecting tools and CRM systems. This role involves research, follow-up, and structured outreach sequences in collaboration with the sales team and coach, ensuring consistent lead engagement and seamless hand-offs to the sales team.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Use Koncert parallel dialer, Salesforce, SalesValore, WooSender, LinkedIn, and website pixel-capture lists for prospect engagement.
  • Set qualified appointments, confirm attendance, and manage reminders/follow-ups.
  • Conduct research using Apollo.AI and other tools to build and enrich prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with the sales coach to refine messaging and outreach sequences.
  • Track and report outreach activities, pipeline metrics, and outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Maintain organized prospect records segmented by lead stage: new leads, appointments, no-shows, and nurture lists.
  • Execute timely follow-ups after initial outreach, meetings, or events.
  • Support the transition from appointment setting to the sales team hand-off.
Who are we looking for?
  • Experience in digital marketing prospecting tools: Salesforce, SalesValore (AI), WooSender, LinkedIn, website pixel-capture lists.
  • Experience with dialer systems such as Koncert parallel dialer.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for managing leads and appointments.
  • Client-facing experience with strong professional communication skills.
  • Experience conducting research using Apollo.AI or similar tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management abilities.
