As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Telemarketer - Appointment Setting to join our team. This role is vital in connecting our Business Development Managers with key decision-makers to drive growth and build relationships with potential clients.

Job Description

The Telemarketer will play a key role in generating interest and setting up meetings for our business development team. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing Mustard Seed Digital's services.
  • Generate interest by effectively communicating the value of our digital marketing solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with our target audience.
  • Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to improve lead conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to engage potential clients over the phone and build rapport.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
