
Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a professional and dynamic Front Desk Associate to be the face of our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will deliver a warm, welcoming experience to applicants, visitors, and staff, while also providing critical administrative support to ensure smooth front-office and operational functions. This role plays a vital part in representing the company culture and maintaining efficient daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and assist clients, visitors, applicants, and new hires with a professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor—in person, over the phone, or via email.

Handle all incoming phone calls, voicemails, and inquiries professionally; ensure prompt and accurate message routing and follow-up.

Manage a tidy, well-stocked, and welcoming reception area, ensuring that all informational materials and supplies are in place.

Guide visitors through security protocols; issue, check, and collect visitor badges, access passes, and maintain up-to-date visitor logs.

Announce arrivals to relevant departments and ensure timely coordination for meetings or appointments.

Coordinate with IT and Facilities teams to ensure visitor workstation readiness and meeting room setup.

Schedule and manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, staff, and clients.

Prepare, clean, and maintain meeting rooms, training areas, and boardrooms, ensuring they are equipped, presentable, and ready for use.

Handle mail distribution, courier pickups, and incoming deliveries efficiently and securely.

Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and filing.

Assist with employee onboarding by distributing ID cards.

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information in all duties performed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Tourism, Communications, or any related field.

6-12 months experience in a BPO, customer service, or front-desk environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

Proven multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Proactive, highly organized, and a team-first mindset.
