Syzygy Staffing Resources Agency Corporation is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff and resources. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
  • Ensure excellent customer service by training, coaching, and leading a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
  • Manage human resources functions, such as hiring, training, and performance reviews

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
