Telesales Executive

Synced Ecom is a dynamic e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our valued local clients. We are actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate focusing on telesales.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous telesales experience is preferred. Minimum 3-6 months of sales experience required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literate with proficiency in standard office software.
- Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Equipment: Must have own laptop.
Job Functions:
- Order Confirmation: Contact clients to confirm orders, ensuring accuracy of items, delivery address, and contact details.
- Customer Assistance: Assist clients with order inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product/service information.
- Phone Support: Efficiently handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Transactions: Execute sales transactions efficiently and in a customer-centric manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of sales and relevant customer information.
- Target Achievement: Strive to meet monthly sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
Additional Information:
- This position is available as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time, based in Canumay West, Valenzuela.
