
Outbound MBM Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound B2B sales strategies aligned with MBM (Market-Based Management) principles.
- Conduct targeted appointment setting with potential business clients.
- Collect and document accurate business account information for lead generation and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in BPO outbound marketing or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Highly organized and self-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Sharp attention to detail in data gathering and client profiling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms is a plus.
