Job Description

Overview

As a QA Engineer, you will ensure software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will execute manual testing, identify and track defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth releases and continuous improvement.

Qualifications We Seek

Skills & Experience

  • Mid-Level: 1–2 years of software testing experience
  • Senior-Level: 4+ years of testing experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or sub-lead role
  • Strong understanding of Agile QA processes and software testing principles
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge in test automation; Playwright experience is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Analyze user stories and define test scope and acceptance criteria
  • Create, maintain, and execute manual test cases
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing
  • Identify, log, track, and validate software defects
  • Ensure traceability between user stories, test cases, and defects
  • Generate TCER reports and communicate QA status clearly
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
