About the Role

The BPO Transition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end transition of new business, processes, or accounts from the client to the delivery center. This role ensures seamless migration of operations with minimal business risk, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality, cost, and compliance standards.

  • Lead end-to-end transition and migration of new processes/accounts from client to BPO operations.
  • Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Training, Quality, IT, HR, and Client Stakeholders.
  • Track and manage transition metrics including timelines, readiness, productivity, quality, and SLAs.
  • Manage change requests during transition and ensure proper communication to all stakeholders.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BPO operations with at least 3–5 years in transition/migration management.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO transition frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
