Career Opportunity: Transitions Manager

We are seeking a Transitions Manager who will oversee, manage, and execute end-to-end transition and migration processes within the organization. The ideal candidate has strong BPO experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead seamless project transitions across multiple teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience handling transition/migration processes in the BPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of transition methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, manage, and execute all transition-related activities for assigned projects
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of transition needs
  • Deliver transition management plans that align with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards
  • Ensure all transition processes are executed efficiently and effectively to support successful project go-lives
