JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Marketing Associate manages E-commerce platforms and multi-brand outlet stores, develops and implements local marketing strategies to boost sales and foot traffic, and supports special projects to enhance store performance and team success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manages the E-commerce platforms for Complex and other assigned brands.

a) Develop campaigns, designs and layouts for E-commerce platform

b) Create engagements and sales for the platform

  1. Handles requirements of multi-brand outlet stores and create local marketing strategies that will help increase sales achievement of the stores

a) Maximizes the use of mall resources and materials to promote the stores.

b) Conducts regular store visits for updates.

c) Report weekly updates for Retail Stores during alignment meetings

d) Prepares post-event report, evaluation and recommendation after every project/event.

e) Scouts for possible merchant/company tie-ups or cross promotions.

  1. Assist in special projects that will help the performance of the stores and the team

  2. Manages, implements and analyzes local marketing plans that mainly aims to increase foot traffic of multi-brand outlet stores.

  3. Facilitates and evaluates opportunities for store incremental sales

  4. Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Business Administration course
  • With experience or familiar with online shopping sites and social media platform
  • Proficient in basic software application: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and Adobe Premier
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skill
  • Excellent organization, planning and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven. Requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends for event (or as needed)
