We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Campaign & Team Lead to co-lead our marketing department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering results, managing people, and executing campaigns across multiple fintech products.

You will help manage and motivate a team of marketing associates, designers, telemarketers and more to meet both strategic and operational marketing goals. You'll take ownership of campaign planning, execution, team coordination, and tracking KPIs per product and per vertical. You will also be expected to provide strategic thinking, ideation, and campaign conceptualization to ensure our marketing activities align with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution, Strategy & Ideation:

  • Plan, conceptualize, and manage marketing campaigns for our fintech products.
  • Drive ideation and strategy sessions to craft high-impact, goal-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Lead content and asset briefing with the creative team.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and external partners to align campaign timing and messaging.
  • Optimize campaigns per vertical (e.g. schools, restaurants, hospitals, cooperatives, etc.).
  • Analyze results and iterate for future campaigns.

Team Management & Coordination:

  • Supervise a small team (marketing associates, graphic designers, multimedia artists, telemarketer).
  • Ensure accountability for daily deliverables and team KPIs.
  • Hold weekly check-ins, provide feedback, and push the team toward shared goals.
  • Train and mentor associates on strategy, campaign logic, and execution quality.

Project & KPI Tracking:

  • Monitor ongoing campaigns through dashboards or trackers.
  • Track and report daily and weekly performance per team member.
  • Create team schedules, assign tasks based on campaign timelines.
  • Ensure each product's campaign goals are tracked (e.g. lead volume, conversion, sign-ups, merchant acquisitions).

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate vision into actionable campaigns.
  • Serve as point person for coordinating campaign assets, approvals, and timelines.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Business Development, and Tech.
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign coordination
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative yet data-driven: understands how to optimize campaigns for conversion
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a passion for idea generation and brand storytelling
  • Knowledge in fintech, QR codes, or digital payments is a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Notion, ClickUp (Not required)

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills; must know how to push for the close.
  • Aggressive and target-oriented, with a burning desire to hit numbers and outperform.
  • Comfortable in high-volume calling environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Zoom, and CRMs.
  • Organized, consistent, and independently motivated.
  • Able to adapt to feedback, adjust strategies, and work with urgency.
Educational Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field is preferred
  • However, we are open to candidates with equivalent experience and a proven track record in campaign management, team leadership, and strategic marketing execution.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Strategic Marketing are a PLUS.
