About the role

KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Lead the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the engineering or technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Linear, ASANA or Microsoft Project
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
