What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Payroll Officer, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for hundreds of construction employees. You'll handle reconciliations, validate timesheets, and support the finance team with essential tasks-keeping projects running smoothly.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Adelaide time)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years' experience in payroll or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Employment Hero payroll software (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of basic payroll rules and obligations

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Process weekly payroll using Employment Hero for 200+ employees across Victoria and South Australia
  • Complete employee reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure project team members approve timesheets on time
  • Keep payroll documentation accurate and up to date
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc duties
