WORK SET-UP: FULL ON-SITE

WORK SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (9AM-6PM)

LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Treasury Staff to support our daily cash management activities. The ideal candidate has experience in bank reconciliation, cash monitoring, and basic bookkeeping, with strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of cash balances
  • Monitor and record cash inflows and outflows
  • Handle daily cash position reports and fund transfers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Support bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and posting to ledgers
  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and cash concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
  • Assist in month-end closing and other treasury tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in treasury, bank reconciliation, or bookkeeping
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
