About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels. You will be responsible for driving online traffic, enhancing brand awareness, and improving the overall digital presence of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising
  2. Create compelling content such as social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy to connect with target audiences
  3. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to optimize marketing initiatives
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, content, and client service teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  6. Support the planning and execution of broader marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or freelance work welcome).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing field.
