WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE

  • 100% compliance of manpower, equipment, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Implementation of policies and thorough monitoring of handled stations
  • Training of new Supervisor and ensure continuous training of Supervisor, Cashier and Pump Attendant.
  • Compliance in performance audit of handled stations.
  • Compliance in internal audit of handled stations.
  • Location of area's to supervise (Batangas City, Lipa City and San Juan Batangas)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication – both oral and written
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for multi-site supervision

MUST HAVES

  • With at least two (2) year working experience as Area Manager or in a similar multi-site management role
  • Experience in any fuel or sales industry is a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills
