About the role

Tapa King Inc, a leading food and beverage retailer, is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the operational efficiency and business growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of Tapa King retail stores, ensuring consistent operational excellence and delivering strong financial and sales performance
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
  • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to store managers, empowering them to achieve their targets and enhance the customer experience
  • Analyse store-level data and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to drive revenue, reduce costs, and optimise efficiency
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team to develop and execute regional business plans, aligning store-level activities with broader organisational goals
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations across the store network
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture within the Area

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management or multi-site operations role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering strong financial results across a portfolio of stores
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with retail industry regulations, compliance, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
