Overview

Join a dynamic UK-based company that specializes in business development and lead generation. As a Lead Research Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate and high-quality data within the company's CRM system. Your research and attention to detail will directly support the telemarketing and business development teams, ensuring they have verified and actionable leads to work with.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 30,000-32,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time (with 1-hour unpaid break)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates and depend on performance during the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Perform data cleansing activities on the company's CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Verify that companies in the database are still actively trading
  • Ensure accuracy of company addresses and contact information
  • Check and validate phone numbers for prospects
  • Research and load staff numbers for companies via LinkedIn
  • Gather industry sector information and website addresses
  • Conduct research to identify correct points of contact at target companies
  • Determine appropriate decision-makers (C-suite for larger companies, office managers/facilities teams for smaller companies)
  • Set up and assign call tasks for the telemarketing team
  • Load verified contact information into the CRM system

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive
  • Strong research skills using LinkedIn and other business databases
  • Attention to detail for data accuracy and verification
  • Understanding of business hierarchies and decision-making structures
  • Ability to work independently and manage data cleansing workflows
  • Familiarity with UK business landscape and company structures
