Job Description

As a Market Research Project Support Analyst, you'll handle end-to-end support for quantitative research projects-drafting surveys, coordinating fieldwork, managing timelines, and reviewing data outputs. You'll work closely with global research teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and seamless delivery of insights for major brands worldwide.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of experience in market research or a related role (project coordination, operations, or analysis)
• Strong experience supporting quantitative research projects, including survey setup, fieldwork coordination, and data checks
• Hands-on experience using survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, Decipher or similar)
• Familiarity with quantitative research processes such as survey design, sampling, logic checks, and data handling
• Proven ability to manage surveys end-to-end or support project management tasks
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify and flag discrepancies early
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and behind-the-scenes support skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with tabulation or data-processing tools is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

Quantitative Project Support

• Draft and revise questionnaires, quota plans, and stimuli
• Coordinate with operations for programming, QC, and fieldwork
• Implement stimuli edits based on team feedback
• Draft banner/analytics plans and review tabulations
• Create report shells and support post-delivery materials

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with internal ops/analytics teams
• Update project timelines and progress using internal tools
• Proactively resolve issues and communicate with stakeholders

Process and Documentation

• Maintain quality and consistency across deliverables
• Share process improvement feedback with internal teams
