Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all import documents with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of import documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable customs regulations and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit customs entries and other required filings.
  • Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Resolve any shipping delays or issues.
  • Provide updates on shipment status and any potential delays.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong understanding of import regulations, customs requirements, and international trade principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
