Responsibilities :

  • Coordination and performance of period-end close procedures for Inventory.
  • Preparation & analysis of month-end close tasks such as manual journal adjustments calculations & entries, inventory BS/PL fluxes, account reconciliation, etc.
  • Preparation of SOX & PBC requirements on a quarterly basis
  • Provide support to TZE SPML/TZE APAC & LATAM inventory operations, a resolution to inventory concerns in Oracle
  • Preparation of Quarterly Standard Costing
  • Provide support to Oracle & Hyperion activities related to Cost Accounting
  • Preparation of SPML Inventory statutory requirements
  • Preparation & analysis of Inventory Reserves for FAB sites including reserves program weekly utilization.
  • Provide support to projects involving Cost Accounting
  • Other Cost Accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Basic GAAP accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley processes and documentation
  • Able to handle multiple tasks applying proper time management.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can work well at different levels of the organization.
  • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Candidates should be willing to work at Binan Laguna
