Job Descriptions:

The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

  • Calculate required PO amounts based on around 1-year demand and inventory forecast, and issue POs promptly.
  • Determine the required delivery date considering production and logistics schedule, and negotiate the delivery due date accurately with suppliers.
  • Handle short lead-time POs from customers by explaining production risks and air shipment needs.
  • Understand current operations thoroughly and drive process improvements.
  • Prepare logistics and accounting documents, and input data into internal systems.
  • Coordinate with external logistics, warehouse, and factories to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage supplier contracts, including internal approval, renewal, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as production planning, quality, and system settings.
