The Remote Operations Center (ROC) Manila is part of Service Operations, providing 24/7 IT support and services to global customers in 80 countries. The team is responsible for remotely monitoring IT/OT assets for Vestas' customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Remote monitoring and alarm resolution on IT/OT assets for all customers around the globe
• Incident handling for IT/OT related issues for all in-scope customers and services
• Request fulfillment for IT/OT services in-scope, i.e., user management
• Maintain and deploy system patches and upgrades
• Create and Maintain Technical Documentation
• Provide insights on the health of the systems by regular reporting and analysis with the stakeholders

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent
• 1-2 Year Experience in Monitoring, Configuring, and Managing Windows Server
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Scripting and VMware
• Experience working on a Global Set-up
• ITIL/ITSM experience
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages

• Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up
