Job Title: Business Analyst

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US timezone

Overview

As a , you will work with teams across the organization to map and analyze current processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in streamlining workflows, designing effective reporting tools, and supporting both service delivery and central functions. This role requires strong experience in Power BI, advanced Excel skills, and a background in EPC construction and telecom projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support organizational visibility and data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage with leaders and teams across the organization, running remote and onsite training workshops as needed.
  • Map and assess current business processes and job life cycles across multiple departments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities using lean principles and best practices that meet regulatory and legal standards.
  • Highlight interdependencies across teams to ensure end-to-end operational functionality, consistent documentation, and standardized reporting.
  • Guide teams in utilizing system tools to improve workflow efficiency and mitigate issues.
  • Work with team leads to establish ownership and accountability of processes.
  • Implement, monitor, and report on process improvements and operational changes.
  • Develop process maps, flow diagrams, and supporting documentation for redesigned processes.
  • Document requirements for IT functional specifications when system enhancements are necessary.
  • Collaborate with systems developers to align system setup with optimized business processes.
  • Develop training materials and support the rollout of new processes and system changes.
  • Create process controls, data-collection structures, reporting frameworks, and promote adoption among teams.
  • Review operational job tracking and reporting needs to establish standardized tools for managing business lines.
  • Analyze project data including scheduling metrics, financial information from Oracle, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Manage relationships and communications with regional and customer-based stakeholders to maintain alignment and buy-in.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience using Power BI to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects, with a strong background in telecom industry projects.
  • Expertise in project and customer management, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.
  • Skilled in analyzing diverse project data, including scheduling metrics and financial information from Oracle.
  • Experience in EPC construction and telecom environments.
  • Ability to standardize and structure projects in scalable frameworks and develop innovative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php73,000.00 per month
