Ortigas Metro Manila, Philippines PMQS Construction Solutions, Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in QS roles preferably in Construction Industry (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Strong knowledge of MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, pumps, ducting etc.) - for QS Mechanical
  • Strong knowledge electrical systems, materials and installation methods - for QS Electrical
  • Experience in Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender analysis and variation claims for mechanical works
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD and QS Software (Blubeam, Planswift, CostX or similar)
  • Ability to work closely with engineers, contractors and project
  • Willing to work onsite, Monday-Friday (morning shift)
