The Role

As the Site Acquisition Officer at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION', you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing prime locations for the company's Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and secure the best possible sites to deliver impactful advertising solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively prospecting and negotiating with property owners and landlords to secure prime locations for OOH advertising assets
  2. Conducting thorough site evaluations to assess the suitability, visibility and traffic potential of prospective locations
  3. Liaising with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the installation of OOH advertising displays
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and ongoing management of OOH advertising campaigns
  5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth
  6. Providing regular updates and performance reporting to the sales and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar site acquisition or business development role within the advertising or real estate industry
  2. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to secure favourable deals with property owners
  3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the OOH advertising landscape
  4. Proficient in conducting site surveys and evaluations to assess the viability of potential locations
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Familiarity with local government regulations and permitting processes
  7. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results
