Description

Your primary responsibility is to conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads based on campaign criteria, and secure agreement to proceed. Once the lead is qualified and agrees to move forward, the call will be transferred to the Implementation Coordinator for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to prospects using a contact list or CRM system.
  • Qualify leads based on set scripts and qualification criteria.
  • Clearly and confidently present the value proposition of Hey Frankie.
  • Address initial objections or concerns and secure verbal agreement to proceed.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the Implementation Coordinator smoothly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and lead notes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telesales.
  • Excellent English communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable handling objections and working towards call conversion goals.
  • Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
