OVERVIEW

1. Selling of product

a. Planning and conducting customer visits

b. Preparing product samples for customer visits and orders

c. Coordinating of customer orders to designated sales personnel/department

d. Updating of task results, reports and encoding of transactions and customer information

e. Consistently communicating and sending updates to immediate superior

2. Customer Relations

a. Negotiating terms with customers and procurement

b. Handling and documentation of customer inquiries, concerns and complaints

c. Assisting of customers

d. Cash handling and collecting

3. Boosting of wholesale sales

a. Performing sales activities such as but not limited to flyering, customer visits, telesales, online selling, product promotion, attending to customers on company events and other activities that will contribute to the improvement of company relationships with customers

b. Reporting of activity results to immediate superior

c. Performing research projects to widen customer/reseller reach

d. Data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

- Male, 25-35 years old, physically fit

- Preferably college graduate/ High school or vocational graduate

- At least two (1) years' experience as sales agent, knowledge on rice is an advantage

- Knowledgeable in customer service

- Good negotiation and communication skills (for both written and oral)

- Basic computer skills and in Microsoft Excel and Word for encoding and updating of reports

- With own motorcycle as transportation (with gas reimbursement)

- With experience in kiosk and POS is an advantage.

- Driver's License with Restriction 1,2

OTHER INFORMATION

· Willing to work six (6) days a week - non-negotiable

· Willing to travel for work doing customer visits and research

· Willing to be assigned/to report to Bacoor, Tanza and Trece Martires Office for meetings, trainings and sample preparation.
