DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handles billing inquiries from the customers.
  • Maintains and updates patients' database.
  • Updates patient information to the system when needed to assure accuracy of billing for all services rendered in patients account.
  • Ensures completion of documentation and coding on the Charge Slip and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) when needed on charges entered in patient's accounts for a correct and complete billing claim.
  • Reviews all postings before claim submission.
  • Posts Philhealth availment of patient.
  • Manages aged bills and informs customers regarding payments.
  • Performs daily closing and balancing of day posted.
  • Performs monthly, closing, and balancing every end of the month.
  • Maintains billing file/records by batch in accordance with the established protocol.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS STANDARD:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any related course.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to operate computers and other office machines.
  • Must be able to take responsibility and work under pressure.
  • Efficient and Trustworthy
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifting schedule.
  • Ability to handle multi-functions.
