Job Descriptions:

· Overseeing renewable energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.

· Monitor the design team in developing detailed project plans, layouts, and technical drawings. Approve designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and alignment with project objectives.

· Provide regular updates to VP of Operations regarding project progress and performance.

· Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.

· Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges or delays.

· Ensure safety standards and quality assurance protocols are strictly followed during implementation.

· Ensure smooth coordination of documentation, procurement, and logistical support.

· Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and transparency.

· Approve procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution.

· Participate in client meetings related to project.

· Analyze project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects.

· Identify potential risks during planning and implementation and develop mitigation strategies.

· Maintain a strong focus on sustainability and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate sub-department teams to achieve high performance.

· Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects
  • Strong knowledge of local statutory rules and regulations related to solar energy projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Technical expertise in solar energy systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • PMP, PMI or relevant project management certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
