Looking for an all-around office superstar to keep things running smoothly
What you'll do:
- Handle documents, records & reports
- Manage office needs (supplies, logistics, coordination)
- Assist with HR, finance & general admin tasks
- Keep communications flowing (calls, emails, client coordination)
- Organize schedules, proposals, meetings & events
Who we're looking for:
- Organized & reliable
- Good with people and multitasking
- Can handle "a little bit of everything"
Full-time, office-based role
(Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
