Location: Pasig City (On-site)

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with proven experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with CRM systems
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other required documentation
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and client information
  • Assist in tracking sales performance and targets
